I still love how you changed your name to MLK. That means a lot to me- not that you did it for me- because everything is not about me- but it still means a lot to me. :)
Ah, but I did do it for you. , wouldn't have cared to for anyone else Your a real person and it offended you, exactly my intentions when making it . The first of my annual fishing trip is coming up in a week, I just smoked and canned the last of the left over salmon from last year. Sadly an old friend recently died fishing, gonna wear my preserver when we are moving this year! When you lose someone try to take a lesson from their or a good trait they had and apply it to yourself. You become a better person and you honor their memory at the same time :-)
I wish I could translate facial expressions/ body language into words sometimes... Anyhow, thank you- and I'm so happy that we don't argue like we did back in the day. When you first showed up on the scene I wanted to jump through the computer like a spider monkey and attack you. Yep- just like that.
I am very sorry about your friend. I wrote a whole bunch of stuff after I just wrote that sentence but I deleted them all- hard to find the right words (at least for me) when it comes to something like that. I am just very sorry about your friend.
Have fun fishing- where are you going?? Do you have your license?? Once in a while I am a rebel and go fishing without one. I have also smuggled a sturgeon or two that didn't quite make the cut- but don't tell anyone. Okay- no, I didn't do the sturgeon thing- but I was a silent bystander while it was being done. I'm probably going to go to hell for that. But seriously?? Sturgeon are creepy... and they're ugly... and they get so big that I don't understand why anyone's worried about keeping one that's just shy of the mark. Yuck, I do not like them.
Sturgeons grow 1inch a year , which is why the regulate the legal size so rigidly. Now I support the size limit but if its a bleeder and not going to make it.....fillet and release is an option ;-). Ill be fishing out of Ilwaco for a week then back for a week and a run to the fair. Then a week of pink/ silver salmon from the shore on Whidbey Is. P.s. sturgeon tastes awesome smoked and canned! I just smoked and canned all the left over salmon from last year :-)
Yay, congrats!!!!!!!!!!!
