Stupidity At Its Finest......

Sometimes ya really gotta wonder how stupid, ignorant people have made it this far in life.  Well maybe you don't, but I do.  I am often rendered speechless (at least temporarily) when encountering such stupidity- but then I usually end up having something to say about it- just like I always do. 

So...  here is a prime example of what I'm talking about.  I received the following email earlier today: 

Subject line:  Your Behavior Created a Good Law

I hope you think about how much pain and suffering you created for people who you took their rights away. Extortion is not okay. This is the truth of why trey starrs took down his disgusting website. Think about it real hard about what side you are really on.

Ummmm- not even sure where to start with this one.  I guess I will just start from the beginning...  My behavior??  Created a “good law”??  Really?  I had no idea I had that much power- WHICH I DON'T, dumb ass.  Let's see- “how much pain and suffering I created for people” and “how I took their rights away”???  Again- wow- I had no idea I had that much power...  WHICH I DON'T- geezus you are stupid.  Okay- next up... “extortion is not okay”...  WTF are you talking about?  Because I am terribly confused.  Who was I extorting?  And onto Mr. Trey Starrs- if you wish to address him and his “disgusting website” perhaps you should email him directly, because I am not him- and I have absolutely no control over what he says or does.  And the fact that you seem to be giving either one of us credit for taking people's rights away, and prompting the enactment of a “good law” to be signed by the governor is fucking hilarious.  Think about that for a second...  hahahahahahahaha- that is fucking hilarious!!!!!!  I know, I know- you still don't get it.  But I assure you that after thinking about it “real hard” I have still determined that it is fucking hilarious!!!!!!!!!!  And in regards to “what side I'm on”, I have no mother fucking idea what you're talking about there.  Because again, I had nothing to do with creating the law- I caused no pain and suffering- I was not extorting anyone- and I am not Trey Starrs, or affiliated with his (former) “disgusting website” in any capacity other than the fact that I commented on it regularly, just like you did.  Oh, but wait- you were actually featured on it, weren't you??  Which brings me to my final point- which also happens to be my favorite one...

This “good law” is only applicable to... oh hell- just for fun- let's outline it entirely...

Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber is scheduled to sign House Bill 3467 , which will establish new rules for online sites that compile hundreds of mug shots by automatically scouring jail web sites.  This law will require the owners of the sites to remove a mug shot for free if the person in the photo can show they were found not guilty or if their charges were dropped or expunged (basically if they were exonerated of a crime).

Sooooo- let me try to break it down for ya- because it is painfully obvious that you simply are not grasping any of this- despite the fact that it has been completely and totally defined for you.  This new house bill pertains to mugshots- which are compiled from actual jail web sites and posted on PRIVATE web sites.  Some counties post mugshots, some do not.  These are JAIL websites that anyone can access, and the information on those web sites is PUBLIC information.  This House Bill would not pertain to jail websites- but would pertain to private online sites like PDX Mugshots.com.  This House Bill would only require PRIVATE sites to remove mugshots (for free) in the event that the person whose photo was featured on a PRIVATE web site met the conditions outlined above.  It should also be noted that persons arrested whose mugshots show up on these PRIVATE websites do have the option of paying a fee to have them removed, regardless of whether or not they were exonerated of the crime.  And again- the requirements (based on this House Bill) to have the mugshot removed for free from the PRIVATE online sites are based on whether or not that person can show that they were 1) found not guilty;  2) their charges were dropped;  or 3) their criminal record was expunged.

Alrighty then- let's move on to you and your situation... Under this House Bill, you would NOT be eligible to have your mugshot removed for free because of the following:

The charges against you were NOT dropped.  You were found GUILTY.  Your criminal record will NEVER be expunged, because you are not a minor, and your crime was a FELONY- not a misdemeanor...  YOU LIT SOME SHIT ON FIRE.
  
Get it now?  Probably not- because there is some sort of disconnect in your brain regarding a bunch of shit- like for example, you LIT SOME SHIT ON FIRE.
