Urban Legend

I seriously thought "restitution" was just an urban legend- I mean no one ever collects on that, right?  Unless perhaps it's from some corporation with actual assets that fucked up- which in this case it's not- which is exactly why I am stunned, shocked, dumbfounded.  Wohooo!  This shit just made my day!  The check is not for much, but I will fucking take it!  :)
